Spotify has decided to increase the price of the family plan.

Spotify, one of the leading music streaming platforms, has decided to modify one of its plans, specifically the family plan. This will now cost one euro more compared to the current price.

The platform has communicated this change to its users via an email, and it also appears on the company's website. In these emails, it informs that as of February 1st, 2021, they will increase the price of the premium family plan, and that it will change from €14.99 to €15.99 per month. According to the company, this increase is due to their desire to continue innovating and investing in order to offer the best possible experience and add additional features.

The price of the premium family plan will change from €14.99 per month to €15.99 per month. Since you already have a subscription to the family plan, we grant you an additional month at the current price. This means that the new price will apply to your plan in the March billing.

Save up to 85% with Spotify Family

This new rate will be applied immediately for new users in February, and for users with an active subscription, the modification will be applied in March.

The particularity of this subscription is that it allows sharing with up to a total of 6 people. That means if you share your subscription with other 5 people, you can save up to 85% on what Spotify would cost you.

How can I save?
